But it doesn’t stop there. tooth is proud to be participating in a prestigious international research study led by our Periodontist Dr Pasquale Santamaria, who is also a Lecturer at King’s College London, one of the world’s leading academic institutions in dental and medical research. The study focuses on the treatment of peri-implantitis using the minimally invasive non-surgical therapy (MINST) technique (an advanced approach that has already demonstrated excellent outcomes in the treatment of natural teeth), and is now being evaluated for use around dental implants.
Dr. Pasquale Santamaria, Periodontist at tooth specialist dental centre is leading a prestigious international research study in association with King’s College London.
This multicentre research project involves a select group of practices across the UK and internationally, including centres in Spain, Italy, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Our involvement at tooth reflects our commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and evidence-based dentistry, and by contributing to cutting-edge research, we continue to ensure that our patients benefit from the most up-to-date and scientifically validated treatment approaches available.
